Before you set sail

Delayed registration does not change the sailing time or the scheduled programme end time in the original booking confirmation.
Full-day programmes can add time on the same route at THB 3,000 net per hour, ending no later than 20:00.
Additional routes cost THB 5,000 net per hour of use; the price varies with distance.
Programmes include one beach landing and one swimming stop. Routes marked with an asterisk (*) do not include a beach landing.
Seven Marine reserves the right to modify the route or schedule because of weather or emergency circumstances.
SUMMER relocation dates should be confirmed for the selected departure; the owner confirmed Nakalay operations from 1 December 2026 to 31 March 2027.

Reservation, cancellation & travel terms

Package period: 1 November 2026–31 October 2027.
Postponements and amendments require notice at least 7 days before travel.
Cancellation and refunds are not permitted, except when the Meteorological Department issues a notice against travel because of severe weather.
The booklet does not recommend these trips for children under 4, adults over 80, pregnant guests, or guests with medical or physical disabilities, high blood pressure, a heart condition or recent surgery.
The printed general terms exclude island admission and national park fees. Where a specific package lists park fees as complimentary, confirm the applicable inclusion with the reservation team.
If the boat operates as scheduled in ordinary rain and a guest chooses to cancel, the full charge applies.
Seven Marine may change or cancel a trip because of equipment failure, unsafe weather or navigation conditions. If Seven Marine cancels, an alternative date or a full refund is offered.

Nakalay departures check in at the Seven Marine Gate, Thavorn Beach Village Resort & Spa (Kalim). The yacht is based at Nakalay Pier.

If the air conditioning malfunctions, THB 1,000 compensation will be provided.
Groups exceeding 20 passengers require an additional longtail or large tender for safe operation. Pier access, beach access and boat transfer charges are borne by the client and paid directly on service delivery.
Requests to change a beachfront pick-up or drop-off location must be made in advance to the sales and reservation team and are subject to availability, tides and weather.
