Before you set sail

Delayed registration does not change the sailing time or the scheduled programme end time in the original booking confirmation.
Requests to change a beachfront pick-up or drop-off location must be made in advance to the sales and reservation team and are subject to availability, tides and weather. Additional transfer vessels incur extra service charges.
Groups exceeding 20 passengers require an additional longtail or large tender for safe operation. Pier access, beach access and boat transfer charges are borne by the client and paid directly on service delivery.
Private van transfers are available; contact the sales and reservation team in advance for arrangements and pricing.
Premium beverage packages are available at an additional charge.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted onboard. Guests wishing to bring them may be subject to handling and corkage fees.
Seven Marine reserves the right to modify the route or schedule because of weather or emergency circumstances.
The programme can add time on the same route at THB 20,000 net per hour, ending no later than 20:00.

Reservation, cancellation & travel terms

Package period: 1 November 2026–31 October 2027.
Reservations should be made at least 15 days before the charter date, with full payment to secure the booking.
For reservations made at least 30 days before departure, a 50% deposit secures the booking; the remaining balance must be paid 15 days before the charter.
For enquiries less than 15 days before departure, call +66 (0) 91 897 8777 to check availability.
Agents must check yacht availability before confirming guests. A reservation cannot be confirmed without full payment.
Trips are not recommended for children under 4. The booklet states that, if they attend, the operator will not be responsible for accidents that may occur.
Notify Seven Marine immediately of any changes or cancellation. Cancellation at least 30 days before travel receives a full refund; cancellation 29–16 days before travel receives a 50% refund; cancellation less than 15 days before travel receives no refund.
The booklet does not specify the refund for cancellation exactly 15 days before travel; please confirm with the reservation team.
Advance bookings during the peak season are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
If the boat operates as scheduled in ordinary rain and a guest chooses to cancel, the full charge applies.
